Beyond Collaboration (‘Beyond”) is a real estate developer and investor.  We offer services relating to asset and development management across a mix of sectors, covering industrial, residential and commercial. Our main place of business is 3rd and 4th Floor, 37 Berwick Street, W1F 8RS.

The personal information we collect

We may collect your personal information in meetings we have with you, when you conduct business with us, if you attend events with us, visit our website or register an interest in any job vacancies with us.  We may also collect personal data about you from publicly available sources or statutory bodies, such as Land Registry.

When conducting these activities, Beyond will collect and store some or all of the following personal information about you:

  • Contact details including company address, phone, mobile and email (as provided).
  • Employer, current role, industry experience and industry connections 
  • Any interactions we have had with you – emails (marketing and others), phone or video calls (currently we do not record our phone or video calls, but we may record that we have had a call with you), project enquiry information and quote information.
  • Occasionally we may supplement the personal information we hold about you from publicly available sources (such as planning portals) and statutory bodies (such as Land Registry), which we may add to the information which we already hold about you to initiate contact.
  • If you choose to inquire about a job vacancy we will collect and hold the information that you provide in that application.

Our legal basis for processing your information

All Beyond employees have agreed to a confidentiality clause within their contract of employment and only authorised persons will have access to your personal data.

The information you provide may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) that do not have similar protections in place regarding your data and restrictions on its use as set out in this policy. However, we will take steps to ensure adequate protections are in place to ensure the security of your information. 

How long we keep your information

Accessing, updating, and correcting your information

You have the following rights regarding your personal data provided to us:

  • Correct if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
