3-10 Grosvenor Crescent

Unlocking complexity and breathing new life into historic buildings. In partnership with The Royal Bank of Scotland, this project was rescued from administration through a collective desire to re-position one of London’s great crescents.

St John’s Wood Barracks

Shaping a new community around the concept of a London Square, drawing on the historic value and rich story behind the location. A lesson in place making that offers tranquility and beauty.

Montrose Place

In the heart of Belgravia, a touch of elegance, designed and built around a hidden courtyard. The creation of modern lateral living with a strong connection to nature and world class public art.

The Beaumont

Transforming a tired 1920’s listed garage into an oasis of luxury. An experience that pushed the boundaries of creativity, bringing together the creation of spaces, the authenticity of product and sublime service offering.

Appleby Blue

Set within the fabric of Bermondsey, the vision of this 21st century almshouse sets a new benchmark for affordable sheltered living. Building a community is at the heart of this scheme providing much needed high quality and affordable self-contained living.

The Peninsula London

A 30-year vision was unlocked by intelligent structuring, an aligned partnership and a creative mindset that reimagined a new landmark for the capital. A partnership between Grosvenor and the Peninsula Hotel Group.

Grosvenor Hill Gallery

Stitching together the value of repurposing, infusing culture into the community and elevating the quality of spaces between buildings. This combination created a destination for people to dwell, congregate and enjoy a pocket of undiscovered London.

“Silence”- at the Connaught

A moment of magic by Tado Ando, fusing together timeless design and place creation that connects the surrounding community.

18-20 Grosvenor Street

21st Century office facility that seamlessly integrates into the urban fabric of Mayfair, offering modern grade A commercial space and outside terrace spaces.
