Our recent involvement, leading on the sale of the 12.5 acre Hannah Close, Wembley campus to British Land, has reinforced the continued high demand for well positioned urban industrial sites and the need for this sector to respond to the demands of an increasingly diverse occupier base with higher expectations of the quality of industrial offering.
