Wembley

The site is split into two parcels of land located either side of Great Central Way, acting as a key gateway into the Wembley area.

The vision is to redevelop the site into a 21st century industrial / logistics premises that creates a sense of place, has a meaningful connection to nature and balances health and welling throughout the scheme. The buildings will be functional, flexible and adaptable to support a multitude of different uses.

At present, part of the site is licenced on a short term basis, whilst the remaining parts are being intermittently used for open storage.

We hope to secure planning permission by Q1 2025.
