EPMK – Phase 2

Nature, sustainability and well-being is at the heart of the vision for Elfield Park.

Phase 2 looks to positively build on the consent secured under Phase 1. The scheme will transform the underutilised bare site into an attractive, verdant place to work with wellbeing at the heart of the scheme. There are break out areas, exercise facilities, a trim trail and many more features incorporated into the scheme for the workers and the public to enjoy.

The development principles are centred around sustainability and wellbeing, providing a connection to nature as well as high quality, operationally working environments. The scheme has embraced the nature corridor and continued Milton Keynes famous tear drop lakes through the scheme.

For the occupier, the buildings are functional and adaptable to suit a multitude of different business activities with ample parking for employees to travel to work.
