In 2022, Beyond conducted a strategic review of a key client’s operational portfolio, identifying the need for a new headquarters to support growth and streamline operations. Following an extensive site search, Beyond recommended the acquisition of a 6.5-acre former Mercedes facility in Aston Clinton, offering expansive warehouse space and outdoor storage. This site was an ideal match for the client’s operational requirements and project timeline.
