Wembley – Planning Submission

We are pleased to share that we’ve submitted a detailed planning application for our Wembley sites, following a series of positive pre-application engagements with Brent Council and their Quality Review Panel.

This project reflects our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and creating places and spaces that enrich the community. The ambitious design represents a transformational gateway scheme into the Wembley area, delivering:

🏗️ 160,000 sqft of industrial and logistics space across 5 units, complemented by an affordable workspace hub
⚙️ Functional, flexible, and adaptable, designed to meet diverse needs
🌳 A meaningful connection to nature with enhanced public realm throughout the development
💡 A focus on health and wellbeing, featuring natural light optimisation through our vertical light panels
🌍 Commitment to ESG, targeting BREEAM Outstanding and incorporating the latest renewable energy technologies
