Shedmasters 2024 – Beyond team trip

The Beyond team recently spent a few days in wonderful Amsterdam, recharging our batteries and joining over 500 experts from the European industrial and logistics market at Shedmasters 2024.

The annual European industrial and logistics conference focused on the theme “Our Challenges & Opportunities” in what is promising to be an interesting year for this sector.

There is no doubt that the macro picture has shaped a quiet H1/24, but there are some cautious green shoots emerging with inflation trending down, a potential start to interest rates dropping in the Autumn and the impending general election which will remove on-going political uncertainty.

The Beyond team believe strongly that the outlook for this sector remains robust and we continue to focus our strategy on reshaping places and spaces that meet the changing needs of our clients. EPMK Phase 1 is nearing completion, with Phase 2 to follow shortly and we have two new London sites in the planning system.
