We are seeing:
- Global supply chains showing fragility
- “Just in case” becoming the more dominant behaviour, overtaking “just in time”
- High quality stock becoming constrained in last mile urban locations
- Increasing demand for places and buildings that offer occupiers high levels of sustainability and health and wellbeing
This is driving an emerging concept to intensify and improve the current offering. Beyond have access to opportunities to explore this concept. However, before putting pen to paper, our ethos of “thinking Beyond” has engaged us in undertaking research across the globe covering more advanced markets in Asia and Europe.
Our recent visit to Hamburg in collaboration with Four Parx enabled us to explore city concepts in operation. This experience is enriching our strategic thinking of the vision and ambition of our opportunities in London.
