Beyond is excited to announce that Glencar has been appointed to oversee the construction of Phase 1 of EPMK, a new sustainable industrial campus in the heart of Milton Keynes.
EPMK provides a canvas to re-energise a vacant and inaccessible piece of land to shape a 21st century industrial / logistical campus. Place making is at the core of our vision, fusing together modern high quality design with sustainability, a strong connection to nature and well-being.
Phase 1 will see the delivery of the first unit (40,000 sqft) with supporting infrastructure to open up the site. Phase 2 is planned to follow shortly.
